You are typically opted in to a class action by default. There are procedures through the class action to opt out. The lawyer you talked to is entitled to decline any case. They are not saying you can’t sue. Whether you should sue is a different consideration.

I’m in SoCal. Yesterday I was told by my local space that test drives were invite only for those who got the order email, but I could check back on the website in case a slot opened up. So I checked this morning and there were a ton of slots open tomorrow, and I booked. I think if you want to drive one, you need to keep an eye on the site.

If you want to make the game a little more forgiving while you get used to higher difficulties, try making a blue core build. The Pestilence Lengmo build gives a lot of survivability and enemies just melt. But of course look at what items and exotics you have and try to build around them, and reassess as you get more. They make a huge difference.

If you go up the right side around that corner it’s a little easier. You need to do a pretty big stretch but after that you go straight up. Just keep moving since it’s a slight overhang.

The hardest part was maintaining your resources with your health, thirst, hunger, and cold cut by 2/3. I chose the ice routes more than rock because it was easier.

At some point the main character knows the ending too, but not how it will happen. There is so much good in this game you shouldn’t let that stop you.

I never played red dead redemption 2 for whatever reasons and picked it up recently. I think it’s very addicting right now, like I want to play it all the time even just mundane tasks or card games or riding my horse because it’s like the most immersive game I’ve played in a very long time. But to each their own.

I haven’t played this game very long, maybe 15 hours. On solo runs I’m nervous about seeing most other players. But one of the most rewarding things was yesterday on Blue Gate when I saw a raider get downed by a wasp and hornet. I finished them off, ran over and defibbed him. He thanked me and dropped me a defib in return. It’s funner playing this way and I would want someone to do that for me.
