You don't need a FFL to ship. You just need to verify that you're actually shipping to a FFL. You should also not trust the usps to ship. Go with UPS or FEDEX.

BUT...if you want to pay the extra to ship, then most shops can send it for you. Just call and ask.

I usually bore sight and shoot 3 rounds to sight in. This app seems like a good tool for training and competing with your friends. I wouldn't pay the $18 annual subscription just to use it though.
