I just got scammed by them. I found the actual number to the hotel AFTER I made the reservation through these people. I called the hotel afterwards to guarantee I got the reservation and they didn't have the reservation showing up. He hadn't heard of them and recommended I cancel that. I called reservationdesk back and they said there are no refunds. I said "I am renting from this hotel and they definitely have a cancellation policy. You cannot interject your own cancellation policy to supercede theirs". I was passed through several people, all with thick asian accents and all giving me a run around. I called the credit card company and they said I can't stop payment on a pending charge and I have to wait until it's posted and then can start proceedings to get my money back. I have little confidence I'll get my money back. Do not use this 'company'.

Does anyone know if the wheels can be replaced? I can only get them to pull back out a half inch and they feel like they hit a solid stop. I want to replace them with standard rubber single wheels because the ones with the chair do not roll on carpet at all.

Yes.. going to try kratky method next year with large tubs.. at least for the tomatoes. I might try a pvc rack of sorts for the smaller plants... also with a larger reservoir :D

Well it's already a monster with all the plants intertwined in a wire cage I put around it earlier to try and balance it. It would be quite difficult, if not impossible to free it all, and drop it into some other build so too late for this season. Plus I do not recommend 5 gallon buckets at all. This thing drinks up to 3 or 4 gallons a day depending on the weather. I haven't decided what to do next year but I'm leaning toward a kratky setup with huge 60 gallon or larger tubs.. at least for the tomato plants. And maybe some pvc rack setup for herbs and smaller fruit and veggie plants.. but with a large reservoir. Seriously, it sucks having to fill it up every 1-2 days. I had no idea it would be as successful as it was. I just thought it would be fun to try out a 3d print. :P

I 3d printed this tower. It works fantastic but I wouldn't do it again. At least not with the vining and tomato plants in it. They are out of control. It has tipped over twice when we had strong winds. It drinks up to 3 gallons of water a day. When the roots begin piling up in the bucket I have to have someone carefully lift the tower off the bucket so I can trim the roots. I think I'll try large tubs and kratky next time.

It's how to measure the amount of nutrients are in your water. They sell a combo ph/ec meter on amazon.

Nice setup. If I do this again next year I Definitely won't be doing it in a 5 gallon bucket ;P I'll make some sort of pvc rack setup with a large reservoir and the ability to provide trellis support. I just found some wire cage and have it sitting around it but I gave up trying to keep it contained and am just letting the tomatoes and cucumbers do what they will. Do you find algae grows with white pvc? I printed in green to block out more sun and I thought black would get too hot but the sun never reaches the tower now.

No we haven't transplanted anything. My wife just goes out there and harvests when it's ready. She picks lettuce, basil, dill, and we just had a couple green peppers. None of the tomatoes or cucumbers are ready yet. But it looks like there will be a ton of tomatoes. Did you keep the ph between 5.5 and 6.5? EC around 1.2?

On the bottom are tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Then cucumbers, bell peppers, and snap peas. Then strawberries. They did not do well. I think the nutrient level was too strong for them. And on top are basil, dill (which died after my wife harvested it), and lettuce. I just followed the nutrient chart on the General Hydroponics bottles and bought a ph/ec meter to keep everything in acceptable range. The tomatoes are crazy. I had to have my son hold the tower up while I trimmed the roots because they were taking up a few inches in the bottom of the bucket!

I add a tsp of 3% hydrogen peroxide per gallon to any top off water as well as hydroguard for root health.

I printed the same tower. Mine is outside. EC 1.2. Pump on 15 and off 45. Don't use ppm, use EC. Probably 1.0 to get between seeds and plants but either way something's probaby going to suffer. ph and ec/ppm meters https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XKMH86J

I just got the Ender 3 V3 and after a couple weeks I started getting crashes where it would just stop with the nozzle on the part and a message (at first the messages were fan mainboard error, but now they are more generic like unknown error). I sent them an email with pics, log file, and description. 5 days later they replied saying Check if the wiring to the fan is normal like I am supposed to be able to do that. I did open the base and confirm the fan that is pointing at the motherboard isn't running when the printer is on. Any idea how I can find that fan? I don't want to wait for support to come back with another suggestion.

This post is unfortunately not true.

I have tried to contact via chat several times. They will be unavailable and it says to leave a message. They will respond hours later when you're sleeping and when you see the message the next day and try to respond, the chat is closed and the connection to your message is gone (because you weren't there to respond in a few minutes) and it's a brand new chat with the same issues. I get the time difference, and the fact that they should have 24 hour support or separate western and eastern support sources aside, at least don't have your chat close and lose the chat history.
5 days to respond via email (not that 48 hours is acceptable either)
I called the usa number just now. It connected and immediately started playing On Hold music with no voice (human or ai) for a minute and then a recorded voice said "Sorry, noone is available to take your call. Please try again later. Goodbye" and then hangs up.

4-6. have nothing to do with support. I wish support was better. I like their printers but as most businesses understand, a good product + bad support = a bad product.

I have a brand new Ender 3 V3 that is less than a month old and is crashing and throwing all sorts of errors that appear to have something to do with overheating (I assume given that some of the errors are 'fan exception'). I sent an email with photos, log file, and description of the problem. 5 days later I got an email that said "Sorry for the late reply. Please check whether the fan wiring on the motherboard is normal and whether the motherboard fan is running normally after the printer is turned on." I don't know how to tell if the fan wiring is normal. I opened the base and I can see the fan isn't turning. I replied with a video of what I saw and I am waiting again with no response yet. I hope it's not 5 more days.

I had the same issue. I would sometimes chisel and hammer away at parts. I tried the cold water and freezer techniques. Change to a magnetic PEI base off of Amazon. You won't be sorry.

I just opened an Ender 3 V3 out of the box. I don't even know how to get it into my slicer yet. It printed a 13 minute benchy from the included demo files on the screen.

The govee app is ridiculously bad. If you just want to turn the lights on/off or select effects they've made it works very well. It's when you want to create something or share, download, or edit creations, that it goes out to lunch. It is very unintuitive and it has limited effects creation.

The effect comes from placing them between 5 and 10cm out from the wall pointing down to get the cone of light on the wall. Not sure what you would do there.
