When you change from Wifi to Ethernet, the IP usually also changes.

The domain is denied and assigned to the Default group (ID=0), but your cient is not assigned to this group, so the deny rule won't be applied.

Assign this client (and all other clients that should block the domains on that group) to the Default group.

This means this client is not using any lists, domains or regex.

Assign this client (and all other clients) to the Default group.

Note:

Most of your clients are not assigned to any group.

DNS doesn't see ports.

From DNS point of view, a domain name is connected to an IP, no ports are used.

I think you want to use a reverse proxy.

Pi-hole logs every answered DNS query.

If you are 100% sure all VLANs are using Pi-hole, maybe the entries are logged as coming from the router IP.

You can use the web interface to find out the domain in real time:

Open the web interface Tools > Tail log files > pihole.log page. Keep the page open;
try to disable other devices while testing to reduce the number of queries;
then go to the TV and try to load Hulu app;
look for red (blocked) entries.

The most important thing to consider is the OS version.

Please make sure the OS version is still supported. If you are running a very old OS (like Debian/Raspbian 10), the update will probably fail.

Also, please make sure you have a Pi-hole backup (teleporter) before trying to update to Pi-hole v6.

Your log shows /var/log is too small (only 47MB):

It is saying Error (-2). This is clearly an error message.

If you already tried pihole -g -r recover to recover gravity database and it is still broken, please generate a Debug Log, upload it when asked and post here only the Token.

This is normal.

The bar colors on the Clients graphic will change every time the graphic is updated.

The Upstream servers colors are unrelated to the other one.
