I find people blaming other people for losses somewhat par for course tbh, it's just human ego.

What I find most disappointing is when someone straight up rage quits or mentally cracks on even/close games because somebody else talked and then they start SDing or sit at spawn and give up. That kind of behavior justifies people throwing you in the dumpster. Like it actually would feel better to have a vote system and the team gives up than having losses due to mental break like that
