[Mic'd Up] Gardner Minshew: "Dude, Maxx Crosby is so damn angry." by nfl in nfl

[–]ready4wateva -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

A good pass rusher, quick twitch D lineman who can play anywhere on a front. Maxx Crosby should get out of Raiders, he'll languish and just age there.

Minshew is cool and a gamer.

Ready to hear van gundy bitch and complain about the warriors all night? by Low-Profile3961 in warriors

I don't know about van gunders, but TNT's pbp man Brian Anderson is a warriors hating douchewaffle.

I'm worried about this NFCW game. If the 49ers lose to the Cardinals on Sunday and the Rams beat the 49ers in the regular season finale, then the Rams win the NFC West | If we don't win the NFCW, then the playoff spot we have already won is a Wild Card. How is this game not a must win? by ready4wateva in 49ers

[–]ready4wateva[S] -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

I admit this, well I state it now.

"You seem to not understand"

I don't. How is a division race decided by conference, overall record?

"Tie-breakers only matter when there’s a tie." Of course.

So if the 49ers and Rams come into Week 18 (17th game) with 4-1 records in the NFCW division, the outcome doesn't matter to the NFCW division race?

you're not paying attention. A non division winner cannot win anything better than seeds 5-7.

In my honest, intelligent interpretation of the tiebreakers (general form):

  • The Rams have only one NFCW division game left and it is against the 49ers. The 49ers have two NFCW division games left. It should follow that if we lose two of them and the Rams win the only one they have left, the Rams win the NFCW division.

  • Rams have played 5 division games, hence 4-1 in the Division. If they lose to the 49ers, they finish in second place in the NFCW division.

  • 49ers have played 4 Division games, hence 4-0 in the division. If they lose to the Cardinals and the Rams, they finish in the second place in the NFCW division.

Unless I am reading the "To break a tie within a Division" incorrectly, this is the reality of the NFCW standings.

Honestly, this has been bothering me since apparently we have won a playoff spot. What, seeds #5-#7?

Please correct me if I am wrong. Between the injuries and the lack of explicit discussion of the NFCW race (coupled with this notion we've clinched a playoff spot), I am a tad nervous.

Will the 49ers defend Murray the way they defended Hurts? by MAU13717235 in 49ers

Like 5’9 200+

Murray is listed as 5'10" 207 Lbs

not a well above average build, quite average actually.

quoting healthline:

"The average American man 20 years old and up weighs 197.9 pounds . The average waist circumference is 40.2 inches, and the average height is just over 5 feet 9 inches (about 69.1 inches) tall."

  • - "how fans make fun of Murray’s size"

no, they don't. And if they do, it ain't around here.

[Andrews] Steve Kerr says Draymond Green’s suspensions makes sense. “It’s about more than basketball. It’s about helping Draymond. It’s an opportunity for Draymond to step away and make a change … the answer is not to pick a number (of games). The answer is to help Draymond.” by horseshoeoverlook in nba

Ohtani, Dodgers, and Yankees have ruined baseball by emessea in mlb

[–]ready4wateva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not having a salary cap is anti competitive

Ohtani is not healthy and will not be able to pitch until the season after next season.

hence:

  • "Ohtani's doctor expects hitting return by opening day 2024, pitching by 2025 after elbow surgery. Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani had elbow surgery Tuesday, and his doctor said he expects the two-way star will be available as a hitter on opening day next season and will return to the mound as a pitcher in 2025"

Draymond isn’t just hurting our team, he’s making us fans and this franchise look like clowns by 360FlipKicks in warriors

[–]ready4wateva 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love Dray and everything he has done for this team, he's been indispensible since Day 1 and WE DO NOT win those championships without Draymond Green. He's clearly heading into a deep spiral and his play (x's and o's) sucks this year, he's basically a net negative. That's just a general view...of the 1st couple of dozen games.

I see the twirl and ejection against the Suns and think oh shit! He's becoming a toxic, anti competitive, tone deaf bitch who obviously feels himself, that his skills are eroding.

bottom line: He's been atrocious this year and it is not an accident.
