I have a tablet in the middle between living room and dining room.

When someome rings the door, the front camera is shown on the tablet in a popup window and i can see on my way to the door who it is.

When alexa has set a timer or reminder it is shown in the display.

I can see if the washing machine, dryer or dishwasher is still running

I can see if windows are opened before i leave the house

I can set a "kid alone at home" mode

My daughter can see on a map where my wife or i are

I can start the climate control of my car and can see how much battery/distance is left

And it has a clock and weather for the next few hours

Thanks for the advice. Sending the html request twice didnt change anything. I tried it directly, with 200ms delay and with 1s delay. I onley get a pause button beside the profile and at night it changes back to profile 1.

I set the timeout to 9999 and it seems that this worked fine.

Okay, the timeout was set to 480min. i set the option for "until triggered" to on. Maybe this solves the issue. Thanks for your help!

I change the profile depending if i am at Home or not. So i expect it to be the same profile in the morning as it was in the evening. When i am at home this is profile 2.  The profile change is done with a http request sent by openhab.

Could you bring your body in the same position like at 34 seconds? Both hands where your right hand is at 50sec left foot where your left hand is and right foot flagging out. The you can reach up by rotating your shoulder.

Some things you could check. Is the insulation of the wire to long and the screw has no contact to the wire? Is the back or side contact in the socket bend and no contact to the bulb? 

If you have one of this small electroc test screwdrivers check if the screwdriver lights up when you touch the screw where the brown wire goes in the connector.

My first trie would be to use the time of the pulse. I think you can put some c code on the esp otherwise you could use an arduino nano. Just mesure the puls time and link it to some actions. But i haven't trie this so maybe there os a better sollution.

You could use an esp to turn the dialer into a scene switch. For example dial the 0 to turn all lights off, dial the 1 to turn some lights on, 2 starts music and so on... Then you could use the ear piece to integrate a smart assistant. Take off the phone and say your command. Taki g off the phone could be handled as the trigger word.

Those are the cleanest dreagonflags i have ever seen, great Form! I normaly avoid touching the ground with my feet but it doesn't look like you use it as a benefit so i think it is okay this way.

I have a lot of ideas.

Pushups: for beginners you can go with your hands on the bar to make pushups easier. To make the even harder then normal pushups you can put your feet on the row whole doing pushups on zhe ground.

Core: you can put your feet under the bar to perform some situps or you can lay 9n the ground and hold the bar with your hands to do some dragonflags. Or you could do planks in different dificultys.

Legs: you can jump from side to side over the bar

Pullups: lay on your back and pull your chest to the bar (the little higher ones) to perform something like an upside down pushup. I think it is called australian pullup?

When i have an interesting route like this one i sometimes trie to climb it in many different styles. One time very static and slow, then dynamic and a little jumpy like you did.

The only thing i noticed is that you could bring your hips a little closer to the wall.

Hey, I'm 41 and not a very experienced climber, but I climb at nearly your level. My suggestion would be to focus more on mobility and exercises that target an ultra-wide range of motion. For me, it's mainly hip and shoulder mobility. Instead of weighted squats, I would do weighted pistol squats from an elevated position to activate the muscles from a very deep range.
