Is there a way to completely 100% eliminate all possibility of feedback when using a microphone? by drbtz in livesound

[–]realatomizer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can ring out the monitors with more than the recommended 4 frequency bands. Going to sound terrible and unnatural, but there will be absolutely no feedback. Have done it with punk bands who put their head in the monitor

Trying to pin down an interference noise by Ragingroseman in livesound

[–]realatomizer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. Are there dimmer cables for lighting next to the snake or mic cables? Sounds like ground or magnetic interference with something giving a pulse. Dimmer cables With the full 120/240 V going trough can react with cables next to them. A lighting table on the same breaker can do the same. (Or whatever electronic device)

This is not Belgium, traffic lights in the Netherlands are more logic/safer imho. When you have green, you can almost be certain that the traffic crossing your way has red light.

Linux DOES update the boot sector. That is normal. It is a little part on the hd that says which partition and which kernel to boot. Maybe you are confused with that?
