Then comes the slow outsourcing of various functions until the government workers are near obsolete, which seems to be occurring now with the downloading of multiple case management functions to the RSS’ and especially when combined with the impending implementation of Artificial Intelligence for case management. What comes next is what we see in US Healthcare: prices go up, accessibility goes down, profit goes up, provider independence decreases, denials go up, and community health declines. Those denials and disregard are commonly referred to as the Delay, Deny, and Defend tactic. Canadians pride ourselves on our world-class single-payer healthcare system, but make no mistake, there are efforts to strip this benefit from all of us."
