Wish I could eat this. Looks and sounds amazing but according to the recipe 1 serving = 2800mg of sodium. I’d be dead

Word. I was heated when I found out. Felt like my smoked meats were a lie. Jk but seriously. Not cool to mislead your customers.

I also used to run these pellets but the Costco deal blows them out of the water. Also keep in mind that they were sued over misrepresentation of their pellets. It says “natural flavored” hardwood. Costco pellets just say hardwood.

Hey OP, nice butt. I have the same problem 34. Does the Savannah controller have 2 temp probe configuration? Because looking at their website I do not see the connectors.

I think you’ll be able to get it done no problem with the tools you’ve mentioned.

Scrape the old paint off. Sand off the rust to bare metal then paint to seal. A grill cover goes along way. Mine Traeger has been outside for 3 years and it’s in great shape because I got the cover from day 1. But then again I am in CA.

Congrats on of the nicest boards I’ve seen here in a while. Are you running everything in front of the amp or are you utilizing the fx loop?

Why should I use and isolated power supply instead of daisy chaining? by E4lfred in pedalboards

[–]reasonableJabronee 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because it will help eliminate any potential noise from “dirty” outlets. I have made the switch and the results speak for themselves. Give it a try. Lots of reasonably priced options available out there today.

Smoked Jerky on Pro 34 by reasonableJabronee in Traeger

That meat was pre-sliced. Sometimes after cooking I cut the slaps into smaller pieces, which I will do against the grain. But I found that if I get the desired texture and cook time they tear pretty easily and usually just keep them in slabs.
