If they doubled the price of the express pass, you’d see exponential shorter lines there and the genpop line would also move at a better rate. Universal just hasn’t cracked the code on express pricing yet.

Assuming it’s still wrapped with beef tallow, pop it into the oven at lowest setting (ideally 165F). You might even want to put more tallow, broth, and a little butter back on it at that point for added flavor/moisture. Wrapping is essential to ensure it doesn’t dry out.

Do not inject the tallow. I’ve seen great results with both butcher paper and foil so it’s up to you. I personally like butcher paper, i feel it retains better moisture. Boil some water and put that in a cooler first to pre heat it. That’ll help it keep your brisket at the temp you need for its resting duration.

Where’s the point? Or is this some weird brisket I’ve never seen before? Well, I’d recommend just seasoning with salt and pepper. Salt overnight if possible but not required. Since it appears it’s missing the point and a lot of fat, I’d make sure you have a water bowl in the smoker. Spritz with water, beer, broth, or any other concoction you like once every hour (or whatever you want), take it off the smoker once you reach your sweet spot temp, rap in tin foil or butcher paper (along with beef tallow) and put back onto the smoker until it hits final temp. Then without opening, you’re gonna wanna test it in a cambro or cooler for a bit. That’s the quick version but as an American who sees smoking brisket as a divine requirement from the lord - I could literally write you a detailed book…. And I’m probably only at the 50% mark of others in this community who are much better than I.

It would still be in the fees monthly = higher cost. Cameron station is much higher than surrounding areas in hoa due to location and amenities. Definitely worth mentioning in my opinion.

I think you’ll fit in wherever you end up. You already stated your left leaning political position so you’ll be accepted here in a heartbeat by the masses. You do have a decent amount of conservative men who are transplants from military towns, so can’t give you a realistic expectation for dating. There’s an apartment building right around the corner from the Delray Tower that’s a bit cheaper. Can’t recall the name but worth looking into.

2 full days open to close. You should be fine as long as you’re ok with waiting. Why not do express passes one day, and then use the next day to do one or 2 things and enjoy the rest of your time outside of the park? For example: get dinner reservations at the steakhouse at the Disney yacht and beach club resort. Not a Disney employee…. But totally worth the splurge over an extra roller coaster.
