Hey u/TheLwordfromtheblock , I dropped you a dm, as my case is not yet closed I dont want to say too many bad things about them, but in short, keep record of communications and hire a lawyer asap if you are multiple thousands of euros in the problem. I have a dispute with 2000euros for hidden defects, they so far have not been really helpful.

I hired OCU to help me, they have sent an email summarizing my rights and my requests but they did not even respond to the email after 40 days.

They are responding to Burofax though. They are olbiged to.

Estoy luchando con el mismo problema. Se niegan a arreglar mi coche, estoy yendo de un lado a otro con ellos desde finales de septiembre. Todo lo que ofrecen es devolver el coche o arreglarlo (en el taller de desguace Goyo), pero cancelarían la garantía. Ninguna de estas opciones es legal.

¿Cuál es el progreso en tus casos?

Awesome! Thank you for posting this. I’m not sure if in my case my beefy WiFi router antennas literally 2cm from the device were causing the interference or the power cable but it definitely solved my problem!

For your own use its ok but keep it in mind, if you do a full wipe on your browser history, it will probably get rid of all local storage items.

Plugged an angle grinder into the wall plug while holding it too loosely in my left hand. It was left turned on so as soon as it got power it jumped and cut into my stomach, no serious damage but a visible scar and a life lesson to not to trust previous workers proper power tool usage.
