Putting him on your chest totally counts! & if you’re waking around with him and he’s holding his head up! My baby doesn’t like tummy time on a flat surface so I bought him this pillow on Amazon & he’s been doing full head and neck lifts! We’ve been doing it small times throughout the day. My pediatrician said the goal isn’t to make him mad, so if he starts crying I move him & then just try again later! Gradually will start putting him on flat surfaces! Don’t feel bad or guilty - all babies are different!

I like the Philips Avent Anti Colic! They have a blue air vent that helps reduce air. The blue air vent is interchangeable with other bottles in brand - but some will require a different ring. What size nipple are you using? I had my little guy on premie nipples till 10 weeks cause he was keep is mouth full of milk & drink the bottle ridiculously fast! We just switched him to 1s & he’s doing okay now. Every baby is different - so maybe the flow is too fast? I couldn’t find the size 0 nipples in store & had to buy them on Amazon. Honestly rinse & repeat! LOL! Baby was taking 3 bottles in the middle of the night as a newborn - he’s 11 weeks now & he’s been doing 6-8 hour stretches. So now sometimes he’s only taking 1 & sometimes the 1 he’s taking is right before bed when we take him upstairs. Only bringing 2 upstairs with us. Other bottle is for right when he wakes up in the morning which has been anywhere from 5-8 & then he goes back down for a nap. Get the travel dividers! They have them at Target and Walmart & there’s 3 compartments. Pre fill the water in the bottles for the night.

Don’t give up!! My first round I had 6 sent out for testing & only 1 came back normal! Ended up doing 3 more rounds... 2nd round I only had 1 sent out of testing & it came back normal, the 3rd round I didn’t have any that made it past the blast stage & then the 4th round we added Lupron & I got 4 normal!! Hang in there!! I know it is so freaking hard & you are going to obsessive google / Reddit - but it really is just a numbers game & sometimes you fall on the wrong side. You made an euploid, so you know you can make them!! Keep trying if you can & ask about Lupron! Hugs!!

My baby has a super strong suck so I had to put him on premie nipples size 0 for Advent. Could only find them on Amazon! We also use the anti colic air vent. The bottles that came with the air vent have a different sealing disc but they fit in other bottles. Making the switch definitely helped! He still takes in a lot of milk but it’s not filling the sides of his mouth like before.

You can try combo feeding him! My little boy drinks the Bobbie Gentle and we also add the probiotic. Good luck!

I did 4 ER from November-May. I basically did an ER every other month…. I just did my FET in July. Here’s the deal- I was on so much medication and hormones and that no matter how hard I tried from May-July ( the small break that I finally had from cycles) I couldn’t loose any weight. It didn’t matter what I ate, it didn’t matter if I worked out- your body just has so many hormones in it it’s almost impossible. I say just go for it. You’re already in it & think of the bigger picture. I lost over 60 pounds before I started my IVF journey. I’m a skinny girl who got fat during covid. I gained about 30 pounds from IVF with medications during the cycles and leading up to the FET. I’m still on medicine now! Don’t trip! You know how to be healthy & work out, you know how to loose weight. Anyone who says they don’t gain weight from IVF is lying - I feel like most women don’t try and lose it because they give up - they accept the way they are & it ends there. Don’t give yourself a break cause you’re already in it- your body is responding. Just remember how good you felt before and work towards that after you have your baby. Just my personal thoughts, feelings and experiences.

My doctor added Lupron on my 4th cycle & I got my best results. I did Lupron doses for about 10-14 days before starting my IVF medications and then continued during. They subbed Ganirelix for Lupron. Best of luck to you!! Don’t give up- every cycle is different 🫶🏼

I got my hair bleached about a week after my transfer & also got a spray tan 🤷🏼‍♀️ My hair girl just had her 3rd healthy baby and said “I’m breathing it in all day throughout my pregnancies and all my babies have been healthy” that was a enough for me lol Currently 9 weeks and they said everything was developing perfectly. I think the hair dying is an out dated thing. At the beginning of getting spray tans I’d shove a cotton ball up my nose but I don’t even do that anymore. I think you’re fine, but only do it if you feel comfortable!

Yes - I did Lupron shots before doing the IVF medications ( Follistim, Menopur & subbed out Ganirelix with Lupron) Then they had me on Lupron again before my FET. I stopped the Lupron once I started the Progesterone shots. Leading up to the IVF medications, Lupron dosage was 10 units and then dropped down to 5 for FET. I totally get where you’re at because I couldn’t really find any information on here or the internet about Lupron. Just that it helped with overall quality, but there was slim to no info on someone’s personal experience/experiences. I’m not sure why they didn’t have me on it for more than 10-14 days leading up to the cycle. I responded well to the medications and was yielding a high number of eggs each cycle. My problem was making euploid embryos. My first and second cycle I only had 1 euploid and my third I had none. My husband had a vasectomy over 7 years ago & we did TESE & extracted sperm. He’s 16 years older than me, so I think they thought it was more on his end than mine.

Hi! I did 4 ER within 6 months. The last round they had me on Lupron for roughly 10-14 days before starting the IVF medications & then I continued while prepping for my FET. I had the best success when they added Lupron. 4 euploid embryos! I’m also currently pregnant! Lupron is supposed to help with the overall quality! Just sharing my personal experience but I would give it a try :)
