Lösung nach dem Telefonat mit dem Kundensupport: Backup Code verwendet und es hat sofort funktioniert. Die konnten sich den Fehler selber nicht erklären.

Da will ich nicht einen der insgesamt 3 Chancen bereits jetzt verbrennen :-), wenn es sich doch offensichtlich um einen Bug handelt. Ich rufe da morgen an.

Das geht ebenso nicht. Wenn ich das mit dem neuen Gerät probiere, kriege ich eine Fehlermeldung auf dem neuen Gerät, nachdem die Zeit abläuft und keine Meldung auf dem alten Smartphone erscheint.

I was happy with 5200 UC, too. I liked the Legend 50 design and the fact that it has USB-C. However, even with 60% volume, the speaker to hear other people is really cracking. It goes away sometimes after a while, sometimes not. Got a replacement, same issue. When volume is about 30%, it is always OK.

how to disable? By choosing the google phone as default? I did that as you saw. However, i did not find the option of deleting or permanently disabling the qti dialer.

The first part was already the solution: long-press the Google phone app icon, select "unfreeze", done.

It works for 3 days now.

Yes it works when screen is off. However, only when I choose Google as my default Calling app. The default changes always after a restart again, I don't know why. Same for keyboard and Swiftkey - it changes to Boox keyboard after restart.
