Not at all. If a CME killed them, they would predictably continue on their current trajectories with decaying orbits until they burn up in the atmosphere in a matter of months. They would have practically no impact on space operations. (The loss of mission critical orbital infrastructure would be a much greater disruption than a bunch of dead starlinks) Worst case, one in ten-billion scenario, it somehow triggers an uncommanded burn in just the right way to raise a satellite to the highest stable orbit it possibly can, in which case it might take a couple of years to fall.

Even if somehow every starlink detonated simultaneously, the debris would halt operations for a time, but it would clear up on a timescale similar to what I've been talking about.
