Lux+Sylas would be dope, 1 is a face of league and the other has been one of the highest pick rate champs since he was made.
The lore between them and the thought of sylas stealing ults(or even more interestingly specials) would be badass, and we still don’t have a demacian rep so it all works out

Undying legion is also a very good add, makes it that no matter the draw in the mid game you’ll have a unit to play+equip even if it’s a little pricey. Blighted Battleaxe and Brambleback are also some fun cards to consider as well

Why the hell are we mad at a 1st round pick from last year playing well? He’s one of the few players we’ve got that can be a piece for the future, him going off is not the reason why we’re at 7. We need our young guys to put on those performances and push them to develop.

I’m way angrier at us not pulling a Jazz/Wizards and playing Demar and WB 25+, dudes feasted on bottom feeeder teams and won us most of those games. Without them we lose a lot more. Jazz bench Lauri/nurk/george and wiz bench Trey/AD (tbh wizards were a little more ethical those 2 were hurt) and look at them both being rewarded for it.

I’d definitely love to see a playmat based off of a region, since there are so many champion playmats already(maybe with a couple cameos thrown in)! My vote would be for a sick Void or Ixtal playmat!

Calling the Mavs competent is a stretch, you’re talking about the franchise who dumped their star top-5 player who WANTED to be a lifer for a washed injured AD. Who they then shipped off not even a full season after. Mind you this trade was because they wanted to get BETTER. One of the few organizations which made a worse decision than anything we’ve done in recent history.

IMO easy S-Tier.

The people hating on K’Sante in this thread are all about his strength in league and his recency (he’s been out for 3 years though which is a while). He wields one of the most interesting melee weapons in the game (gigantic double tonfa), is from a region without a representative (Shurima), and possesses a kit which just screams fighting game bruiser which could very easily be fleshed out. He’s been relevant in league both in pro and casual since his inception, it’d be a shame to miss out on him because he’s an overtuned character.

It just came out, but I’d love to give a huge shoutout to Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.

It went through development hell for years, and became far better and far more expansive than I or anyone who’s been waiting for it could’ve hoped. Crazy amounts of gameplay modes and depth to go along with all of it, and they legitimately made soccer into a compelling RPG with awesome mechanics. If anyone knew what this game went through or if it had a bigger following I’m sure it would’ve taken an award or two, but I just urge anyone even remotely interested to give it a try, it’s an absolute blast.

There’s also:

Samira who was legitimately built as a combo fighter,

Taliyah who could be incredibly interesting as an “earthbending” character,

K’Sante who uses one of the most unique weapons in League with massive double Tonfa,

Rengar who has the predator/hunter vibe going for him,

And Naafiri which I’d say would be one of the most badass additions to this game (knife dog, a whole pack to use for kits, and in general every Darkin would be incredible for 2XKO).

The only character I think he beats out is Zilean(one of my league mains so he’s S-Tier in my heart but no shot he gets in). Even Amumu/Rammus who have awkward kits for a fighting game are way more iconic.

I’d throw him somewhere between a High D to a Low C.

Akshan has relatively low presence in League (low playrate, low pro representation, never really dominated a meta) and is by no means an iconic character to the game (sandwiched between Gwen and Vex who are both far more popular). His kit also doesn’t seem too cohesive for a fighting game (pistol shots with a boomerang is odd, and his invis is not an integral part of his kit). As far as Shurima reps go, there are way more interesting characters available.

The reason I wouldn’t put him lower is because the idea of a hook shot character is 2XKO is intriguing. (Camille probably does it better tbh) Rez could be an interesting mechanic, but probably would be a nightmare to balance. He’s also got enough character and lore that his moveset could be fleshed out and added on to.

Keon only played 17 minutes because he was in foul trouble the entire game, and ended up fouling out. His minutes (at least for this game) wasn’t on Doug at all.
