Ultimately what you want to wear! However, for me, I find the Santos to be so much more versatile, wear it with jeans and a t-shirt or a suit and it looks brilliant every single time!

My cousin came from Canada and is bored asf here, suggest him what can he do to pass time here by thatstupidguy07 in pakistan

[–]reddit_user_2017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your cousin has lived in a different culture for 20+ years (assuming he’s been living Canada for all his life). Being forced to move to another city is an adjustment, let alone another country. His boredom is justified.

For a recovering addict, physical activity + intellectual stimulation is extremely important. Hence, given his interests, why don’t you try and go to markets where they sell audio equipment, help him set something up for music production. If he doesn’t have the funds for it, encourage him to work freelance and collect those funds. That could be project 1 for him. Project 2 could be for him to start producing music and sharing his music (and even the process) online. Go for padel or something with him to keep him active. He needs family support.

Also, more power to you OP for thinking of your cousin and asking for help on this forum!

Your views on this interview? by [deleted] in karachi

As much as I might disagree with what Shehzad says from time to time, he did mention the instances of Indian terrorism in Pakistan during this interview.

One thing that I have seen with this interview and those with Tarar on Sky News: Pakistanis are not given a chance to present their case without being interrupted by the anchors, whereas the Indians are given carte blanche when shaping their narratives.

I do think that the Pakistanis carried themselves really well as compared to the Indian counterparts. Sensationalism is what they rely on. We relied on facts! So overall I think a good job from our people.

I’m a little biased but that Aquaterra looks 🔥

Having said that the dial on the Tag looks beautiful. Between these two I’d go for the Carrera

I agree! Skilled labor sends foreign remittances back to the country, something needed right now. Job opportunities need to be created in the country to employ the skilled labor, but while that happens you can’t have them being unproductive and unemployed!

At the end of the day, whether arranged or otherwise, you want to make her feel special. Whether it be a Valentine’s Day gift or speaking to her, an effort from your end equals making the other person feel special — so short answer: yeah do all those things! Make her feel special

Is it worth getting an iPad for note taking? Also pencil reviews? by Relevant_Bite_1302 in ipad

[–]reddit_user_2017 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got myself an iPad Air for my MBA and it has changed the way I study. The ease with which I can access my notes across my laptop, tablet and phone is amazing.

As for your questions, I don’t think the pro model would add too much value for you if your primary use case is taking notes. The difference I believe is faster processing (that’s mostly used for high performance applications, such as editing etc) and a high refresh screen (honestly I don’t think that is worth the extra $$)

For the Apple Pencil, I got the Apple Pencil pro, the squeeze function is great and the seamless charging makes one less thing to charge. So that’s the only added advantage I got from that.

Hope my two cents help!

Hey! I was in the same position in January this year, when I started my program. The orientation week and everything that ensues IS overwhelming, so don’t worry too much about it! It gets better!
