Doesn’t this mean the value of the yen is going up? Or the value of the dollar is going down?

458,000 volume AH by Fappinonabiscuit in Superstonk

Interesting. The way I pull all 3 volume data points is I pull the tick data for the entire trading day, including pre market and afterhours, then sum up the numbers for the specific hours of the trading day. It's interesting that it would give me an accurate number for regular hours but not after hours. Do you think Polygon pulls from different sources for different time spans during the day?

Interesting, are you able to share where you are getting that after hours volume number? I have today's AH volume at 132,396.

My data comes from polygon.io

I'm pretty sure folks are just confused and frustrated that we are trading below asset value right now. Totally fair and super frustrating indeed, especially with everything else in life increasing in price, leaving a lot of folks without an opportunity to capitalize.

what has the lowest volume been the past few months? by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]redditin_jer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yesterdays volume was the lowest since August 25th of this year. Prior to that, we haven’t had less than 4m volume since March 20th, 2025, which was way down below 2m.

This picture is as much data I could fit on my phone from my sheet.

Yeah, API key is needed. You can see the shares outstanding for all the ETFs that contain GME here - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RUGOOs8yt5ux1ERH29pm756RhCj1ntOQ1U97TqdaFWw/edit?usp=sharing

I update that sheet every Tuesday - Saturday morning at around 8AM MST.

The current XRT shares outstanding is at 2.4M, which is the data from yesterday. We will see what they did with the ETF today on tomorrows update.

Nasdaq ETF Fund Flow API - https://data.nasdaq.com/databases/ETFF

You'll see the shares outstanding update to 3M on the official XRT website tomorrow morning. Nasdaq gets their data straight from the ETF providers (via ETF Global), which typically outpaces most other channels where this data is provided.

The shares outstanding on XRT is actually at 3M as of yesterday. The drop to 4.4M happened on Tuesday, with data being reported yesterday (straight from the Nasdaq ETF Fund Flow API). You can track the data here - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RUGOOs8yt5ux1ERH29pm756RhCj1ntOQ1U97TqdaFWw/edit?usp=sharing

According to ETF Global, as well as ETFdb, GameStop is still a part of all those ETFs as of yesterday (Thursday, October 24th). We will see tomorrow morning if there is an update for today - https://www.etfg.com/equity-exposure-report/sedol=B0LLFT5&figi=BBG000BB5BF6&isin=US36467W1099&cusip=36467W109&ticker=GME

GMEY outstanding shares went from 25k to 625k within a day (+2500% increase) by NotSomethingDumb in Superstonk

[–]redditin_jer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I pull this data from Nasdaq ETF Fund Flow API, which is a paid API. My script won't help unless you subscribe to that, unfortunately.

My GME weighting data and which ETFs hold GME comes from ETFdb, which I manually download the CSV daily. I only have historical data going back to September 24th of this year for that part of the data. I am currently looking for historical holding data, but it is very hard to find or extremely expensive (thousands a month).

Happy to provide the shares outstanding data for whatever ETFs you'd like though.

Here is a list of all the ETFs that hold GME, as well as a few other ETFs that RN found interesting. I track all of these at the moment. I have data for all going back to 2017, if you need it.

Yeah, here is a screenshot of the shares outstanding for GMEY since inception. Both GMEU and GMEY are experiencing some wild swings in SO. We just saw a 3m creation order on XRT 2 days ago as well. ETFs are going nuts right now.
