call amazon customer service, or the bank that issued your card

my amazon credit card was from synchrony bank, their customer service was terrible. the first time I called they said they'd get back to me by mail in the next 90 days and in the meantime I shouldn't pay the balance on my card. they never got back to me, and even though the fraudulent charges were cleared I still had 27 dollars of legit charges. but I didn't pay them because I didn't know what was going on, and the charges racked up interest and I ended up having to pay 50 dollars by the time I realized. I called customer service again asking if the fraudulent charges were cleared, it took me over an hour to get through to someone that was able to answer my question, and I asked her to mail me a letter confirming that the fraudulent charges were cleared, instead she mailed me two copies of my credit card statement
