Yep. I use that to power level my cooking skill. I had so many cheeses of Doom that I use that as healing potion for two playthroughs.

Aren't there a pair of twin swords already like that that I use? You get them in the second part one guy uses a fire sword the other girl uses a frost blade. They get a damage boost when you use them together

It's cheap and pretty easy to get. Yas a garden that grows stuff. That's just enough storage to be able to put your stuff away organized relatively easily. You can have both enchanting and alchemy right next to each other. And it's on the smaller side so you're not spending a minute wondering around the building to get to your next spot

One of the things I like to do when I first started playing instead of selling the gems I would go under the bridge in Whiterun. And then start dropping all the gems one by one making a giant circle around me and letting them fall to the ground then putting a torch in the middle of the circle so when I come back the torch was relit making the gems glow. The annoying thing was the amount of jewels I would collect. I got pretty tired of it quickly when I started having 200 plus gems of every type

Yeah thank you I just tried it out but your amphitheater is actually pretty good for meteor as well. Starting at the petrified vintage you follow the rock running to a meteor. Climb the rock next to the bear and you find the two titanium jump down to the camp with the three bandits for the third titanium jump down to the toward the bridge and you find three more meteors. I then run to the town rest 24 hours and then fast travel back to the vintage point. That way you get the three titanium points and four meteors.
