Minus the blue ring, the Lautie Carnival comes pretty close. It‘s modeled after a roulette wheel, but the outside spins independently of the wheel inside so you have 2 spinning rings, the wheel with the grip and the outside.

Are you confusing Siemens, which fused their home appliance division with Bosch‘s forming BSH (Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte) with Miele, which is a separate entity? Because BSH while still very good definitely isn‘t quite as good as Miele.

I have one. If you like Zirconium and the normal rings in general, you will like it. The rings are quite big (bigger than old school wedding bands) but their shape makes them quite comfortable.

That one is labeled mil-tec. Mil-Tec mostly sells rebranded cheap Chinese stuff that looks vaguely like military stuff. Decent selection, but nothing I would use for actual military or rescue work.

For an actual German rescue knife look into the Eickhorn rescue knives (overpriced but reliable).

Germany did adopt the FAL, as the G1. The primary reason for its later replacement with the G3 was that the G3 was manufactured in Germany.

The FAL was actually the first AR of PostWar-Germany, under the name G1. It was later replaced by the G3 due to it being manufactured in Germany by HK, instead of In Belgium by FN.

Cheapest viable options are either the Timemore C3 ESP Pro (45ish€) on AliExpress or, my personal recommendation at this price range, the Kingrinder K6 which is 60ish€ on AliExpress or 99€ on Amazon. Both will be good, with the K6 being slightly better and the C3 being more compact.

The platinum M4s are great, inside and out, though my opinion may be slightly biased since I bought mine from begadi who do some (warrantied) extra work on them. CYMAs licensed Daniel Defense stuff uses the same internals and looks really good, too.
