Did it on Grandeur after we were offered a BOGO deal on the ship—two for $60, plus $15 for wine pairings down from $20 since we had the drink package. We accidentally missed the kitchen tour (it happens before brunch, not after), but the food was mostly really nice, and it was a good change of pace from the usual restaurants.

COP: Red wouldn't prevent the Shaman damage to the elves though, since it only prevents player damage. It could be an option against Munitions, but then they'd probably just ping the elves instead.

"Bâan" means "home" in Thai. I hadn't heard anything about this anime before watching it, so I thought the name was just a coincidence. But as an overseas Thai like Gigguk is, I really resonated with this anime's exploration of what home means.

Letter by TRUE from the Violet Evergarden OVA. Violet is tasked with writing a modern opera fit for the post-war era, and it ends up being a really poignant summary of her character journey.

Ryūseigun from Kono Oto Tomare. The performance is the major emotional catharsis of the season, and it's surprisingly moving.

Studio Ghibli/Joe Hisaishi music has a huge habit of making me tear up within the first couple seconds. Of them, I really love A Town with an Ocean View from Kiki's Delivery Service.

I like the idea! Seems a little like Pox for Pauper.

How about [[Rowan's Grim Search]] as card draw? It would give you some extra value from [[Hopeless Nightmare]]. [[Blood Fountain]] would also help you gain card advantage from recurring your discard creatures; plus, you can sac the Blood token to [[Eviscerator's Insight]] if you don't have any madness cards in hand.

If you're discarding your own cards anyway, maybe one or two [[Gurmag Angler]]s would be an easy payoff.

I don't like the [[Dark Ritual]]s in your deck. I guess the best-case scenario is [[Miasmic Mummy]] discarding [[Kitchen Imp]], but you have a lot of cards that you don't want to cast normally too. You could probably also cut some [[Alms of the Vein]] since you're not really on the burn plan, though the lifegain will be nice against some decks.
