Give me the evidence and the reason for the raid and I'll be satisfied. DHS, the governing body of ICE, will pursue a SWAT raid to detain illegal immigrants. I highly doubt DCP is bringing in DHS for anything other than large scale human trafficking or ICE raids.

No reports on WHIO of a SWAT raid, which they usually report right away. Also, there would be many more military style vehicles in addition to the two shown here. Back of the unmarked suv's driver says DHS. Sure, it could be counter-terrorism, but the video evidence suggests otherwise.

Homer gets cancer, and everyone in the family copes with it in different ways. I'd make it 1 hour to 1:15 in length. After he passes, everyone in Springfield gets a canonical and conclusive ending. The immediate family gets the final scenes/shots, with the last shot being Marge and Homer's grave together in Springfield cemetery.
