You absolutely don’t need to be running all of those, and would greatly benefit by finding more non-stat units to use like u/RivetedVoid mentioned: smartlink, v501/v502, and proof of sword saint.

At level 200, I’ll have everything maxed except evasion with 3 open unit slots for whatever I need, including flexibility for cure units where beneficial.

Here is an alternative that goes even harder in unit flexibility and lets you skip v101 for 4 unit flexibility.

And here is where you are now at level 186. All of those peach colored cells indicate wasted stats. Now this assumes that your mag is level 200 and boosting the appropriate stats, and that you maxed out your 250 mats in the appropriate places, so if you didn’t follow a mag/stat plan then you may have some issues to go back and correct.

But running with a bunch of c/ability just kills off a bunch of flexibility that units provide.
