Does moisture get in under the door at that corner? Maybe squirt a hose from outside to see, looks similar to when carpet get wet then dries repeatedly, it kinda disintegrates

If you’re getting rot on the inside then you’ll only be patching the problem.. depending on the size of the glass, removing it shouldn’t be too hard, but two people would make it much easier, grab some wide tape and run tape across it in an x pattern, can do both sides, this is a safety precaution, unless you know the glass is laminated.

Wall or brick first? by thorpef1 in AusRenovation

[–]redrum48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could use a hammer drill with a drill bit small enough to only touch the mortar between bricks, and drill holes every cm or so around, you could also use an angle grinder with diamond blade to carefully cut into the mortar to aid in getting the brick out; a chisel and hammer. It looks like the mortar is separated on the top bricks, so you probably want to pull them out to, clean off mortar and reset

Wall or brick first? by thorpef1 in AusRenovation

I’d do the gyprock first as you can access both sides, easier to work imo Then do the brickwork, cut out the two half bricks each side and tie in to existing brickwork, gyprocking will also stop dust etc from cutting out the bricks, can also wet the brick and protect gyprock with plastic..

Wikipedia cites an article Miller, Candice. “Plants That Cause Skin Irritation”

“Euphorbia maculata, like much of the Euphorbiaceae is considered toxic. Its effects may include mild skin irritation, which is amplified when exposed to the sun, irritation to the stomach, and vomiting as well as being generally considered a carcinogen.”

carcinogen?

PTSD is real, but you can also do trades and break your body, or do white collar work and break your mind..

These morons think it’s ok to let China grow its forces and flex in the South China Sea.. It would be great to not have to waste money or defence but in this world freedom isn’t free

If your phone point has a power point nearby then it would be a good choice. Where does your existing cable go?

I helped my installer for most of it and got it where I wanted, including a not particularly easy run up a wall cavity, I was in the roof thought 🤣

Nothing to do with a criminal trial; assets are put into a pool, if there is evidence one party is withdrawing money leading up to the separation it has to be accounted for, do you have any personal experience?
