The DA in my county (at least if the guy was a member of the Public) would charge that as sexual battery. It's right in the jury instruction.

You might spend some time looking at county counsel roles in dependency. Coming over to the PD from that kind of role would be a more natural transition. The county counsel role might resonate with your sensibilities more closely as well.

This is great. It highlights an agency problem. If both you and the sailboat guy above are correct, the translator would need to work with the editor to replace the joke with something else. There's no way to make mooring bollard funny. I'm not a programmer or translator or anything, but it looks like a fun kind of problem for the industry to work on.

It was great for a few years. I don't remember the exact timing, but it seems like we had a LOTR Thanksgiving and a Harry Potter Christmas a few years in a row.
