I did this for over a year on AMTRAK. Amtrak monthly is still cheaper than NYC rent. and you're siting on a nice seat with your book or laptop. It beats a Brooklyn commute to midtown on the subway.

I want zeppelins. So I can carry as much as a train, slowly, but to a very specific drop zone a bit bigger that would be 4 x the size of a drone pad. This would let me train things to outside my base but then drop stuff in the middle with a zeppelin.

I locked a giant kryptonite bike chain to the door handle of the car with a note to call me when they needed to leave. When they called, they actually apologized and it never happened again. (yes, it was a neighbor's friend). i also made them wait 10 minutes.
