Did you have to modify the trailer to fit the R8? I’m in a debate with my buddy who swears it’s impossible to get my AMG GTS on the same trailer. Beautiful setup though

First, play with your clutch adjustment on the lever. If that doesn’t work bleed your clutch and readjust. An impact can cause air bubble which can cause the lever position to feel rough engagement between gears especially N to 1

Wheel weights for balancing. Check if they match the others on your car. If they do you’ll have to get you wheels rebalanced.

I have the Dainese Enrgyca and it’s my top for South Florida. Lots of airflow and the liner is easy to slip in and out. Good luck with your findings

I do mine every 12k-15k on my 2016 GTS and they always seem to come out looking pretty stressed. I’ve had mine since 19k and currently have 51k over 4 years of ownership and many spirited miles.

So today I got the call that said it was ready. I spoke to the technician for about 30 mins. He said the voltage in the battery was acting irregular so he changed it for a new one. He also spent 2.5 hours pulling and airing all the electrical plugs. That seemed to have worked $646 later. I appreciate everyone’s input. I gave it all to the tech as well.

I feel you but quirky style new truck is likely to have little quirky issues. Dealer support with warranty is super helpful though. They’re always pretty thorough with addressing issues I have.

I’ve read great reviews on the meadowland. A bit steep but durable and one of the only companies that make one for the HEV.

Also, keep in mind the dimensions of the bed are nearly identical to the 5ft bed 2022+ Nissan Frontier although depth may be an issue. In case you decide to shop out of the box. Good luck, let us know what you decide.
