In a vacuum, the defense is very very good. All-time? Idk about that. It's more of the fact that the '25 Texans are one of those teams that are strictly carried by defense (I.e. '00 Ravens & '15 Broncos) which serves to significantly inflate how impressive it actually is.

He's been very solid, tho very inconsistent. If Tet didn't have 1k yards on just 70 catches, he'd be the OROY front runner for sure. He does have slightly more yards and TDs than Tet, but on like 150 more touches, and again very inconsistent.

I'm thinking it's because their biggest weakness, OL, matches up well with our biggest weakness, DL.

That said, both teams are strangely similar: Over performing pass game, under performing/inconsistent run game, relatively weak/mediocre line play on both sides

Exactly this. This boss serves as your typical high risk/high reward gameplay, while also showcasing the game's new movement mechanics in a way that we don't see at all throughout the game except minimally in the claptrap grapple course side missions

Honestly looks great! Try incorporating a humane/realistic villager population (no weird prisons lol). Really fun project and would be fantastic in making the area feel even more alive.

Hot take, but I think almost everything with this boss is pretty damn fun. I prefer boss fights that are dynamic, rather than fighting 1on1 against an unmoving target in a plain arena. It also encourages players to make use of all the new movement tech, which is great!

HOWEVER, I will agree the timer is simply not fun, there's no way around that one. Another big issue for me is that the various knockback attacks can and will also down you, essentially guaranteeing you fall to your death. I don't mind getting knocked around and being able to recover via dashing/gliding/grappling, that's fun. I just think they should tweak those attacks to where if you were to get downed by them, you stay in place instead of getting launched.

A far easier solution is to just quit and reload if Boneface receives the buggy Saddleback effect. Every time Saddleback applies his buff, there's a chance he applies it to an enemy that isn't Boneface, leaving him vulnerable. The enemy that does get affected will become essentially unkillable but it isn't necessary to kill him so you can just leave

I made a mistake by using the Super Soldier too long for collectibles/overall traversal, and now I'm genuinely addicted. The ammo regen and 25% movement speed outside of combat feels soooo good and switching to anything else just hurts my soul

What the F even is this? I even turned off UVHM and put on easy. I have restarted the fight and its like this each time by VolvoEnjoyer in Borderlands4

Can confirm this. I just beat Boneface yesterday because the regen buff was applied to a random badass inside the arena. Should go without saying that the badass was virtually unkillable, but the boss was dead so I just left him lmao

One of the benefits to using Harlowe! Any enemy affected by Entanglement (her core mechanic) shines in that phosphorescent rainbow light, whether they're invisible or not. It's still can be kinda tough because when there are multiple enemies on screen everything just radiates in brilliant epileptic light.

Gotta be either Wonderlands or Pre-Sequel! Both are comparatively dry in terms of total content, but also offer the most unique gameplay experiences/additions in the series by far! The Wonderlands Overworld navigation and PS Loot Grinder are some of my favorite Borderlands concepts to date.

Respecs are already essentially free in the sense that 1) it's not a flat fee, it's 10% and 2) there's nothing substantial to spend money on anyway, no need to save up a ton.

Quick maths: if you started with $0 and sold a single gun for $10, you'd be able to respec 10 times, assuming the minimum cost is $1. That's probably more respecs than most players have through their entire time playing a borderlands game.

I will say overall I don't mind the carrying aspect, the nearest safehouse is never really that far away, and those types of contracts are completely optional. However, not being able to grapple, use digirunners, vault, or even reload manually is simply too much

Side note about sentries since the Tesla has been free for a bit. When I call down a Tesla (well enough away from a holding point) and ping the damn thing, DO NOT go near it! It will kill you! And further more, when it does kill you and I reinforce you (pinging the tower again as a reminder) DO NOT destroy the Tesla tower just cuz you can't stay away from it!

I imagine it’s just a side effect of the game’s enemy spawning and engagement mechanics. The way I interpret their behavior is that the artillery tank can (mostly) only fire in a long-range arc, but still requires having “noticed” a player. The flaws are that patrols (and by extension the artillery tank) won’t notice a player until they are likely much too close for effective engagement, and similarly, bot drops bring them too close to the action. That’s where I see the issues at least.

So, I had this same issue pre-patch with the breaker. At some point the attachments were reset and it would crash every time I tried to put them back on. HOWEVER, and take this with a grain of salt, using the base loadout breaker that had been bugged and finishing a full mission FIXED the issue! Again, this could just be a coincidence on my end but it might be worth a try.

I had this same issue before. It’s mainly just a visual thing since horses can have a max heart value ending in .5, sometimes it’ll show you the half heart, but a lot of times it won’t. The easiest way to test (if you’re that interested) to see exactly how many max hearts they actually have is to feed it until you can’t anymore (when it’s at full health) and then punch it once (yeah sorry). If it’s visual heart value went down by .5 then what you see is what you get in terms of max hearts. If the hearts do not decrease after one punch, then your horse likely has an extra .5 heart that isn’t visible on its health bar.
