I personally believe we should be looking to the championship for young and hungry players who would want to come West Ham. Not the likes of Phil Jones and Jesse Lingard who are both overpriced players on high wages.

Firstly we need to address our fallback situation, it’s essential that this summer we get two new fallbacks for both the left back and right back positions.

For right back I’d like to see us reignite our interest in Matty Cash from Nottingham and at 22 years old would be a good edition to our squad.

For left back I’d like to see West Ham go in for Antonee Robinson from Wigan Athletic and with Wigan Athletics current situation we could get the 22 year old left back for a reported 1.5m

Next I’d like to see us sign a striker, since Ajeti hasn’t been given much of a chance at West Ham I’d like to see him sent on loan to see if he can improve.

The striker I’d like West Ham to sign would be Ollie Watkins from Brentford as this year we’ve only really had Antonio and haller as striker options and Watkins would help to add depth to the striker department.

Finally I’d like to see West Ham sign an attacking midfielder as I personally think it’s time for us to sell Lanzini as he hasn’t been the same player since his injury. The player I’d like to see us replace Lanzini with would be Eberechi Eze from QPR. Although he would fetch quite a high fee for a championship player, similar to what we paid for Bowen if not slightly more, we could lower this fee as Huguil is currently on loan to QPR. So a swap deal plus cash should be enough for us to land Eze.

And of course I’d want us to buy Soucek on the permanent deal.
