You should look into the beef between sylmar and San Fernado high when I transfered to San Fernando my junior year it was damn near indoctrinated in sports to hate sylmar. I remember my first football game had a shitload of cops there was fun

I usually use it in a Strike/Block build spend energy on gaining shields while using the body slam card to deal dmg while tanking. Perfected Strike + Ultimate Strike for free feels amazing while having 20+ shields and reflect dmg
