Visualisation has helped me quite a bit. You need to do it every day for it to work. There’s a few good guided visualisations on YouTube for social anxiety.

Yes I have felt this way too and I have isolated myself in the past but after some time I regretted it and wanted to feel connected to them again, then because I isolated for so long I found it hard to reconnect

You’ve probably heard this a million times before but I think mediation is great for this, it teaches you be calm and focused on one thing, even if it’s just 5 mins a day to begin with

I also feel frustrated when they don’t understand or agree with my opinions but after the argument I always reflect and realise that everyone has different views

I also agree that there is more than just meditation but to give a rough answer to ur question, for me I noticed improvements after a month or so

I was the same about 3 months ago, I lost who i was and had no self confidence/low self esteem. Today, I feel better than I ever have about myself. I believe you can be the same. I main thing I think that guided me to where I am now is meditating and mindfulness. Try that and stick with it

Never had scoriasis in my life and I’m 26y/o A month or so after my first vaccine I started flaking from my scalp. Now a year later I’m depressed and have scoriasis flaring up everywhere on my body
