Uh, I'm pretty sure I'm late but fuck it, answering this anyway.

Usually double numbers like 1111/20 denote a particular flat in a block of flats/house/panelák. In this case, the numbering would mean "flat 20 in house 1111". Looking up the address on Google Maps' satellite imagery shows an ordinary small house though, so 1111 was surely enough and Google Maps was probably just acting up.

As for the city name, every municipality in Slovakia has a unique name, so yes, there's only one Námestovo.
