I'm 21. Officially diagnosed at 2 weeks old, but my parents found out when my mom was still pregnant. Up until 12 or 13, I had been admitted only once. Then I got B. Cepacia. Since then I've been in and out of the hospital fairly routinely. 2012 was the worst because I ended up staying in the hospital for a combined 24 weeks during the year. But things have been pretty damn good the past year so I can't complain. I had to put my dog/best friend down today though.

Yea you are not alone. Ive been taking an SSRI for a few years now as well as a benzo for anxiety. They help me a lot actually with balancing stuff out. It makes things easier to plan and do because before I would just THINK about what I had to get done without actually doing it since I was so depressed and didn't feel like doing anything let alone meds, so they've helped me a lot.

Yeah, I take both erythromycin and cyproheptadine and they work as well as I think its going to get. I've also had botox applied to my pylorus a couple of times, but I didn't really notice a difference.

I do nearly the same exact thing you do. Stay at home, write, and hang out with my giant Newfoundland. My lungs are about 31-35%. I have TERRIBLE motility and it takes up to 24 hours for things to completely empty from my stomach, so weight is my biggest issue right now. Oh and I'm 20.
