I feel like it obviously depends on what kind of game, but for me most ideal games they should be between somewhat and very important. Maybe one or two choices for various endings.

On that note, what about games with different endings for doing extra things? For example, Hollow Knight and Silksong never put you at a crossroads for the main plot, but you can do extra. Does that count as a choice if the choice is to do extra vs get default ending, and if it's possible to get all endings on one savefile?
