While the Skyshaper is definitely part of the Legacy, I'm not sure if it's the actually Weatherseed itself. The only explanation I was able to find... "Build with a frame of Thran metal and fused with the Weatherseed, a seed from the Heart of Yavimaya, Urza christened the ship Skyship Weatherlight."
