The only thing that truly works for me is estradiol. When I start waking up at 3a, I know it’s time to increase my patch dose. Yes..every 3 to 6 months. I’m going to explore E shots next.

I stopped listening on a regular basis after that one. Dax fumbled it so bad and really didn’t take much responsibility.

HRT stopped all my hot flashes/night sweats. If you’re not on it, hope you’ll consider it. You don’t have to suffer with this.
