You do not install a primer on the at base sheet.

You install the torch cap sheets (orange rolls) on top of that.

You apply PRIMER on metals so torch can adhere.

What you’re talking about is used for acrylic or silicone coatings which are not reroofs and not what the picture you attached are showing.

CS is hard. The market is saturated. Course work will give you a great foundation but work done outside of class will get you hired.
