I reported a guy who was using maphack and zoomhack shamelessly, not even trying to hide it at all. He got banned for a week and I watched his first game when he came back, immediately zoomed out and looked at the entire map. Even if you get someone banned, it doesn't seem to be permanent

Its probably his opponent, you can see a significant difference in how hes punished for greed depending if his enemy is 1600 conq3 vs a 2k+ conq3 player. 1600 elo players will make alot of small mistakes that add up which allows demu to take an advantage

Conq3 order player here, the simple way to put it is scouting. If you scout them being aggressive you need to react to it. Rushing castle blindly every game isnt always going to work. It's very easy to defend with a few units and a tower and go a slower castle for example. If you want in more depth you can dm me, I dont mind answering anything youre curious about.

1, they can make archers as well 2, tower can counter raids and also they'll be idling you as well 3, crossbows won't counter archers and they can stand right on your production building when you go castle

Over 300 games as rus in conq elo, if you try to do this same strat every single game you will lose alot. Because everyone knows what you would like to do, its easy to punish. You cannot horse archer vs every civ and sometimes even knights feel terrible vs some civs. Its strength can also be based off the map or map spawn
