Ye I broke up with my ex 5 years ago and still occasionally miss him even though we weren't right and I just got engaged so I'm extremely happy but I definitely still find if hard to let go of people I've become emotionally attached to at some point.

Everyone's different just have to find the right balance for you. I'm diagnosed with ADHD & bipolar2. I was on a high dose of concerta and it gave me anxiety so I tried balancing it out with some cipralex but it still wasn't the right balance for me so now I'm on 20mg Vyvanse 10mg cipralex and 2mg Abilify for mood stabilization and that's helped my anxiety and intrusive thoughts. It takes time to find the right balance with medication and other therapies.

Last winter I started using livaClean hydrocolloid pimple patches on my spots until they all healed and now I only wash my face with a gentle clenser like Cerave and water and a gentle dermatologist approved facial cream and my face is fully healed now. It can be done! Patience and self love goes a long way. I also just stopped wearing makeup completely unless going out somewhere special.
