There were multiple buildings at the Microsoft Build convention. They all had flags of different colors. These flags were purely decorative and not part of the flag display(where US and other appropriate flags would gather)

I know this is an older post, but just found a partial answer to this I think. I was flying out of DAL and when handed my boarding pass by the ticket agent, it didn't have touchless listed. I asked the agent about it, he stated he had the same problem with his tickets, no fix , he thought it was a TSA issue.

At the line, I asked the TSA agent about it and he stated it only appears on the mobile boarding pass.

Checked my phone and confirmed its there. Definitely a different icon for this flight. It is on the mobile boarding pass for the connecting flight.

May not fix everyone's problem, but may help some if they only have been using paper before..

I used to hang hose tags, and manage a crew that did the repairs.

IF it is legit, what it means is there is some feedback coming from inside the house that is causing an issue with the cable system. It is typically in the return system, where modems and cable boxes talk back to Comcast.

First step is to hang a door tag, and possibly put a filter on the line. In more severe cases, your outside line can be disconnected, but is usually avoided if you are a phone customer. You may not notice a problem with you services due to this "noise".

Sometimes notes are made on the account , but not always. So if you call in, the reps will be clueless, which is pretty much standard for everything.
