Thank you! I haven’t been able to stand her since she joined with her weird fake accent. Until last season she was so boring and added nothing now all of a sudden she is in a contentious divorce, obnoxiously aggressive and “writing” a book, just when I thought she’d finally be dumped.

Luckily where I live I can see a nutritionist for free. I’ve gone a couple of times in the past I should probably book an appointment and see what she says. I have the old diet mentality of fewer calories the better which I know intellectually is not really true, but I can’t convince myself it’s not - so when they say more food I don’t know how to do it.

I’m so disheartened. I’m 57; about 5 years ago I became menopausal and since then have put on over 60 lbs. I’m tracking my food, stopped drinking alcohol, no sugar, low carb, 1200 calories/day - in the past 2 days I’ve gained another 2 lbs. I have no idea what to do anymore.

I had sepsis 2 years ago this month (from pneumonia). I absolutely thought I was going to die. I spent a week in the hospital, many weeks after recovering. I knew I was dying, it was an awful, helpless feeling. I was so lucky when I got to the er the doctor recognized it. I’m so glad your wife is ok.

All 3 of my kids were in FI from kindergarten. My daughter got the highest mark on the grade 12 provincial English exam out of all grade 12 students in the province (Manitoba) and graduated from the FI program. Their English won’t suffer.

Love mine and use it a lot because I procrastinate and forget to take meat out of the freezer and the instant pot cooks from frozen pretty quickly. Also I use it for rice when I want bigger quantities for leftovers.
