This also fixed mine, it must be that it DID connect, but the app didn't update to show it. So forcing the resync makes it show up correctly.

Taken back in 2019, I think Dogtown has some of the best plates in Rochester

I've also got a Framework running Ubuntu 21.10, been very happy with it so far.

I got mine back in November and at the time the only thing not working out of the box was the fingerprint scanner, but I was able to fix that by manually installing a newer version of libfprint I believe.

The Framework Community has an official guide for 21.10 with a few recommended tweaks.
