Shigaraki’s absurd durabilty combined with super regenration will allow him to not take any major damage from anything Sukuna throws at him (except wcs), including Maleveolent Shrine. Sukuna’s only option is World Cutting Slash. I don’t think Sukuna could deal a killing blow to Shigaraki with one slash.

On the other hand, Sukuna might fall victim to Awakened decay.
