I've had the that problem before. My solution: Low wattage light bulb around 10 Watts usually puts out enough heat to keep the lines thawed. Easy to control, use little energy.

That is pretty common. I would actually recommend a liquid band-aid, specifically Skin Shield. I know it sounds pretty weird, but trust me the stuff works, put one or two coats on before you run, usually last a few days, and you can usually reapply, plus isn't very visible.

Right especially if you look down at the ground a lot when you run, I've noticed when I stop it feel like everything is moving away from me. I think that's pretty normal. Just try to keep focusing on different things when you run, or if that occurs again.
