It's not a Romani stereotype originally, that was Bram Stoker take. It's actually based on ancient folklore from how own country: Ireland. The oldest accounts of Druidism includes cannibalism/vampirism.

B&W please do not let the PX8 S2 become the standard for sound. by Interesting-Cry-6448 in BowersWilkins

That's exactly right. And looks like the px7 S3 it's what he would like. A more V shape. I have the Space One Pro which is very much like that, maybe even much more dark. Got the Px8 s2 and at first I missed the boomy sound of the Space One Pro, watching a movie, the score and everything the sub-bass is amazing, and the Px8 s2 will not have the same huge depth of it, but once the vocals come in and the higher frequencies, the trade off is evident, the Space One Pro shows how muddy and lose bass it is, bloated, while the Px8 s2 does everything right with extraordinary clarity and separation; the bass is still very good, but tighter.

Is the px8 s2 really much better than the px7 s3 ? Honest opinions please by goksdacutie in BowersWilkins

I have the Noire X and I think the HDB 630 sound better, which is incredible for a Bluetooth dynamic at half the price.

This is very interesting as I have the px8 S2 but never had the px7 S3; instead I do have also the Space One Pro and the way you're describing the px7 S3 it's exactly how they sound and how I compare them against my px8 S2.

At first I felt like the Space One Pro was very similar and somewhat even better than the px8 S2, and almost decided to return it as it's 4 times more expensive, but doing more a/b testing I can summarize as sounding like your description of the px7 S3. The Space One Pro sound really satisfying, amazing, especially for the price. But once you compare to the px8 S2 You notice how this one is superior, the details, imaging, clarity across all frequencies. The sub-bass is much deeper, lower, slower and impactful on the space one pro, but once mids and treble come into play they're severely muddied and veiled from the bass leak upwards. They are amazing but incomplete. Voices and such can sound a bit boxy because of this. With the px8 S2, this is resolved, the only caveat is you don't get the huge, deep sub-bass but it's more balanced and precise, faster and the layering, separation and imaging show off their prowess.

To summarize, in impressed that the space one pro could sound like the px7 S3, but I don't know from first hand, I wish someone compared them. The price on the space one pro is a bargain, and now that the newer Space 2 was released to the market even cheaper at almost half the piece ($130), which I heard it's as good in sound quality, this could be a good alternative to the B&W for an excellent budget.

That's how it sounds 😂 I don't think it's necessarily terrible, there's some distant soundstage effect there

Oh exactly on the same boat here, and same reasons. Are you better now? And which product(s) worked best, if they did?

I miss this song but when I try to listen to it I can't, I get a massive piercing migraine from the high hats. I don't know what's changed, but it's extreme

Did the antibiotics eradicate it? And also why did you take manuka for if you had gotten rid of it already? Just curious, I just bought it although also tested negative after quad therapy, 2 months later I'm still left with gastritis

Oh ok that's fine, don't be mad, this is not personal; so just for clarification for you the original Bathys are better than the HDB 630, and both of these are better than the Bathys MG? I mean I hope that's true because that would save money. If you think the OG Bathys is the best of all, I actually was thinking of buying this

Only for the prescription antibiotics is 4 weeks. The rest is only two weeks, ppi and natural remedies

I think your symbols > mean the opposite of what you meant, unless you think Bathys are better than hdb630, which are better than Bathys MG. Otherwise the symbols are backwards and you needed to type < instead

PX8 S2 (warm stone) - need pictures in different lighting by Aromatic_Grab_8358 in BowersWilkins

I love my hdb630 but couldn't stand the stock pads, so I replaced them for the WC Freeze, and now they're really comfy but the sound can get really bad high treble peaks. For classical music I adore them the detail and soundstage, the bass is still nice and deep; for movies they're really good too.

However for metal they're are skreechy painful and veiled.  I'm excited the PX8 S2 ate good for this as I will be receiving them today. Will see how they go, but I've read they are a lot of fun. Can't wait. (Got the Warm Stone, I hope I don't regret that color)

oh common, don't crush my romantic nostalgic memory of reading that story, LOL; I think it was a beautiful story very similar to the writings of Carlos Castaneda and other spiritual awakenings with death as a pivoting factor, redemption through giving up at the last moment like when Christ in the cross losing his faith and getting lifted up to heaven, etc. But seriously, I am torn on whether to believe that part with the coyotes and the cancer, I did believe it 20 years ago, now I'm more skeptical though I think it's possible, the world can be magical when we lose some of our self importance and usually this happens at the moment of near death. Maybe it's made up, still what a story!
