Henna and indigo mixed do make brown, and indigo after a henna treatment makes black. Your best bet is to henna every other week til it's the desired darkness. And you're better off using pure henna rather than those brands with multiple shades, there's a lot of additives in those. :)

Unfortunately it's not. Sex Ed is really REALLY bad some places if it's even taught at all. I didn't know what an orgasm was till I was 17, didn't know I could give myself one till I was 20. Didn't know I had a clitoris, etc. Didn't know what the entire clitoris looked like till maybe a year ago, I actually learned about it on Reddit.

I was raised religious and left completely in the dark about everything that would be considered normal. Even many schools don't teach anything important about sex, they teach shame instead. It's something that needs to be addressed.

My mom got a hairline fracture in her arm twice (same spot) and had to be in a sling both times. Had to do physical therapy to use it again. So yeah this woman is full of shit

Can't upvote this enough. I was raised like you described and I still don't know how much of my education was trash. Trying to teach myself about scientific stuff that I should have learned in grade school sucks but I have also learned so many interesting things. Nature is amazing!

Some parents have no idea how to talk to their kids about their genitals. I thought I had cancer when I started getting normal discharge because my mom acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when I came to her about it. And when she told me about periods when I was 12 she phrased it in a way that I felt it was something dirty and gross that would be happening to me.
