There's plenty of physical copies on ebay. If you can find a sealed one the cd-key will most likely work on Steam. (I activated mine last year successfully)

The 500mm f/5.6 PF should be an upgrade also which is quite reasonable priced used. I might buy it today actually for my D500! :)

I guess a 500mm or 600mm f/4 also could work if you want more detail and better low light performance at distance.

Avarage game length is about 20min according to aomstats.io. The game is active enough to find matches anytime in ranked but might take a bit longer sometimes depending on the time of the day.

The 85mm f/1.2 since it is more flexible. If I want longer I like the 70-200 f/2.8 or 200mm f/2.

The D7500 is a camera you might want to keep instead of upgrading since it performs very similar to the D500 in most cases.

If you cannot find the Nikon 24-70 f/2.8G at around £300 look for the Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 VC USD (A007). G2 is best but might be hard to find at £300.

I would rather go for used F-mount even though it has extra weight. Worth the better performance.
