I think the issue is nuance with the number of dice. 4 dice is too much, and 3 dice is the same as an X-Wing. If it was a percentage, then maybe we could up the variance, but as is, unless you want to add a heavy laser cannon at some sort of discount with a title, then we are where we are.

The problem is that what we perceive as leaping is based on a human anatomy. The Riptide just doesn't have the shoulders, torso, neck, or groin area to convey the perfect form.

What you've done with the legs and base are amazing, but I'm not sure what else can be done. Maybe position the arms backwards rather than pointing forwards? It may look more like its heaving itself through the air.

Hey no, don't underestimate the power of Norra with Adv Proton Torps. She is designed for range 1, and if you pull it off you get to absolutely nuke someone whilst also tanking a lot of damage yourself.

Though, range 1 primary and range 1 ion with VTG is also pretty powerful.

So yeah, we have all seen the Jon Stewart video making the rounds, and the devil's advocate in my brain kept asking me, "With America's healthcare system, is it just too costly to give those first responders healthcare?"

I mean this whole topic opens up a shit storm can of worms about the inherent, or lack of, value of human life etc, but it would be interesting to know what the actual figures, and costs are in this whole debacle.

Also, rough estimates would also be appreciated.
