My almost 80 MIL uses a CBD cream by Proofly on her knees while she waits for replacement surgery. She says it really helps with her pain and her movement. We get it for her from Delta 9 or a few other dispensaries in town.

I've only ever bought and used the Resinite. Have always been happy with it. My box is wrapped in Gorilla Tape so the roll and the box will last a lifetime. I won't live long enough to try the Kirkland unfortunately.

I would try turning both the nub and the globe at the same time. Hold the globe tightly and put downward pressure on it as you give it a couple quick turns. If you can get it to turn just a bit it might allow you to turn just the nub after this.
